1. Heating Method: Far-infrared upper and lower heating.
2. Temperature Measurement: Measured with 0.1~0.2 CA (K) or CC (T) at the solder connection (tin/copper foil side).
3. Fixing Method: Use heat-resistant tape.
4. Temperature Distribution: (Refer to Figure 2.15)
