The 3M Boardmount Socket 929 Series offers a reliable interconnect solution with a .100" and .100" x .100" pitch. Designed for straight solder tail applications, these sockets feature a tuning fork contact design and solder standoffs for efficient production wave soldering. An optional board retention feature is available for enhanced mechanical stability. Suitable for a wide range of contact quantities from 1 to 40 on a single row and 2 to 80 on two rows, these sockets are rated for 2 amps maximum current and operate within a temperature range of -40C to +105C.
